Goldman, Kenneth A. M.D.

After graduating from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1980, Dr. Goldman completed a surgical internship (2 years) and urology residency (4 years) at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI.  This was followed by fellowship training in male infertility and microsurgery, under Dr. Larry Lipshultz at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, TX. Since 1986, he has been in the private practice of urology with offices in Royal Oak and West Bloomfield, MI.

His sub-specialty interest is the evaluation and management of male fertility issues, microsurgical vasectomy reversal and the harvesting of sperm for use in in-vitro fertilization. He has worked closely with many of the IVF/reproductive endocrinology centers in the Detroit area.  This is in addition to his practice of general adult urology, which encompasses medical and surgical care for patients with problems such as kidney stones, prostate enlargement, prostate and bladder cancers, infections, and chronic testicular pain.

As the practice of medicine is evolving and adapting to the demands of changing regulations and the growing population of baby boomers ( of which I am one!), he has tried to maintain a personalized approach to patient care and hopes to continue giving each of his patients the individual attention they seek and deserve.
