Dr Kamer prides himself offering expedient care tailored to the individual patient and their specific needs and circumstances.  His passion for the urology patient is centered on his unique skills and ability to quickly evaluate problems and offer state of the art treatments for complex urologic conditions.

Dr. Kamer joined Urology Associates of Port Huron leaving his home state of Indiana to join Dr. Thomas Coury in 1984.  Dr. Kamer received his medical and urologic training at Indiana University and Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.  Dr Kamer’s strong experience in urologic oncology and urinary stone disease at Indiana University are applied every day in his practice at Urology Associates of Port Huron.

In addition to Dr Kamer’s busy urology practice he has served his community by assuming leadership roles at Mercy Hospital of Port Huron.  Dr. Kamer was a trustee and also president of the board of Mercy Hospital.  Dr. Kamer served president of the Medical staff and a leader in the surgery department at Mercy.  

Dr Kamer has built a reputation for innovation and safe application of new technology.  Through Dr. Kamer’s efforts along with his partners, Urology Associates of Port Huron remains the premiere urologic practice in the beautiful thumb area of Michigan.
