We accept most insurance companies. We are committed to taking care of patients without regard to their ability to pay. Please discuss you financial issues with our Billing Manager if you have financial concerns. Call Donna Miller at 248 – 336-3188.

All patients will have the opportunity to fill out their patient forms before coming to the office. On line form registration will soon be available. Please bring a list of all you medications, the name and dresses of your other physicians when you come to the office.

Patients are encouraged to make an appointment to discuss issues that they do not feel have been adequately addressed.

Second opinions are encouraged. Our specialty trained physicians will be happy to evaluate any patient for a second opinion. We will send the patient back to their original physician, or treat the patient at our center and hospital if that is the patient’s request.

Our goal is to offer service to our patients in any way that is needed.
