Our goal is to provide referring physicians with excellent service in all aspects of diagnosis and management of their urologic patients.
How to make a referral
Emergency referrals: If you feel a patient must be seen within 48 hours, call the office directly (248-674-8530) and your patient can be given an urgent appointment.
We need the following information:
- patient demographics including insurance number
- referral diagnosis, specific concerns you have
- relevant information from tests such as PSA result (even if normal), ultrasound, CT scan etc.
- referring physician name, address, fax number, to receive report
We run our practice on a cooperative basis. New patient initial consultation can be done by any of our urologists and subsequent management can be transferred internally based on expertise, appointment availability etc. If you have a specific preference as to the urologist you want to see your patient on the first visit, please indicate. Otherwise, patients will be scheduled on the first available appointment date to reduce waiting times.
