Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State University.  She then attended Wayne State University where she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2002.  Susan has been a certified member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since graduation.  

She is a member of the American Urological Association and affiliated with Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital and Ascension Health. 

Susan has been a Physician Assistant in the field of urology since 2008.  Before joining Comprehensive Urology, Susan was a urology Physician Assistant with Henry Ford Health System.  

Susan enjoys getting to know each of her patients providing open communication and individualized care.  You can visit Susan for any general urologic care, including but not limited to injuries, infections, stone management, post operative care, men’s health issues, erectile dysfunction, peyronie’s disease, incontinence, voiding issues, urinary retention, BPH, PTNS treatment, urinary tract infections, hematuria evaluation, pessary fitting/care, as well as catheter management. 

Susan works closely with the urologists at Comprehensive Urology with daily communication and discussions regarding patient care. 

When not providing urologic care, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.  She enjoys staying active and being outdoors, such as camping, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and running.
